I just have to smile about how the world has changed. Though not everybody trust the dealership for good pricing though they do expect quality work there. It should be appreciated when someone has to write out a check for $1500 at your establishment. But then amongst the paperwork in one little Line item it says we’d like to do another $2000 work and replace a water pump. Pleased with the communication, cleanliness and attentiveness. Cole made sure we were taken care of and was courteous after I inquired why we had automotive fluids on our garage floor. Max finalized the repair work and kept in touch during a trying time with the warranty provider. While the vehicle is slightly above average, the dealership service department has been way above average.

I came in for my 6 month tune up on my new car. They accidentally shattered my windshield causing me to need a loaner and to come back days later. Only for my oil to not have been changed(light has since come on), recalls were not completed, and i didn’t make it home from the dealer before one of my tire lights came on. There were several issues that came up while it was in for repairs. Sometimes it was a little bit frustrating as iproblems kept coming up. Having said that Brad kept his hands on the problems and worked to get them resolved. He went the extra mile to bring it to a resolution

My recent experience with the Service Department was exceptional. Advisor Davis Bisping provided expert guidance regarding a tire repair, which I learned can have significant implications for vehicles with AWD and lane guidance technology. Davis's communications were clear, comprehensive and timely. The work was started prior to the scheduled time and completed quickly as well. The pricing was lower than I found at tire repair specialty shops.
I cannot give enough praise for Burnsville VW and the staff I encountered throughout my experience! Luke and Evan were top notch and went out of their way to ensure I could get the vehicle I was wanting even if it meant the other person may get the sale due to vacations.
